A Theoretical Modeling of Adaptive Mixed CNT Bundles for High-Speed VLSI Interconnect Design

The aroused quest to reduce the delay at interconnect level is main urge of this paper, so as come across a configuration carbon nanotube (CNT) bundles, namely, squarely packed bundles mixed CNTs. demonstrated approach in paper makes CNT bundle adaptable adopt for high-speed very-large-scale integration (VLSI) interconnects with technology shrinkage. To proposed bundle, behavioral change resistance (R), inductance (L), and capacitance (C) has been observed respect both width diameter CNTs bundle. Consequently, performance modified compared previously developed configuration, dimorphic MWCNTs terms propagation crosstalk local-, semiglobal-, global-level interconnects. is, ultimately, enacted better one 32-nm 16-nm nodes, suitable 7-nm nodes well.
